Directions from the Airport

Via public transport

  • Take the shuttle bus from the airport (found between Terminals 1 and 3) to St Charles Train station
  • Practical info here
  • Cost : 8.20€ (as of sept 2014)
  • Follow the directions below from St Charles to the lab

By car

  • Via the A7 motorway from the north
  • Take the La Rose exit
  • Turn left at the traffic lights and follow directions to Toulon-Nice
  • Straight in at the first roundabout (direction Toulon-Nice)
  • Left at the second roundabout (direction Faculté Saint Jérôme or Technopôle Château Gombert)
  • Carry on straight past the main faculty which will be on your right (approx 1.2 km)
  • Turn right at the roundabout (direction Technopôle Château Gombert)
  • The entrance (green gates) is around 20 m on the right
  • Ring at the inter phone to open the gates

  • Will cost 35-45 € from the airport to the lab.
 

From St Charles Train Station

Via public transport

  • Take the metro line 1 from Gare St Charles to the stop Malpassé (Direction 'La Rose'). This should take around 8 mins.

  • Cost of ticket : 1.60 € at a metro station / 1.90 € on the bus (sept 2014)
  • A 2 way ticket at the train station : 3.10 €
  • Then take the n°B3a Bus and alight at the stop IUT St Jérôme, and the ride should take around 7 mins.

  • Walk a little further up the hill/slope and bear right towards the IUT. Our gate is aroud 30 m from the roundabout, and opposite the IUT.

By taxi

  • It is often quicker to take the metro to Malpassé or La Rose and get picked up than take the taxi due to traffic
